GJK-8 adaptive signal control coordinated traffic light controller adopts industrial control modular design, engineered for stable, reliable city intersection management. It has a robust structure that effectively protects against outdoor environmental factors such as water, dust, and corrosion, allowing for long-term use in outdoor environments. Embedded real-time multitasking operation system researched and developed independently makes the controller safer and more stable. Compliance with CE, FCC, MTBF and RoHS certification.

• The design conforms to the 19-inch 4U standard rack, Class C Grade A self-adaptive centralized coordinated traffic signal controller;
• Supports customized design of guard panel, wireless manual control panels, and pedestrian push buttons;
• Equipped with three control models - "General", "Week" and "Holidays" - to accommodate varying daily and seasonal traffic patterns;
• It can be configured with up to forty-eight time periods and 255 signal control schemes, such as trunk line adaptive coordinated control, event detection control, multi-lane merging adaptive control, yellow flashing control, all-red control, lights out control, etc;
• Countdown control is supported under both inductive control and self-adaptive control;
• Support countdown timer control in no-communication mode and RS485 communication mode;
• In no-communication mode, the learning countdown can be advanced or immediately turned off;
• The virtual detector at the front end can input parameters, including entry time, traffic volume, occupancy rate and internet data of the third party, etc;
• Support simple logical operation for adaptive signal control;

• The adaptive siganl controller is equipped with two main control boards; if one board fails, the backup board automatically takes over, ensuring that traffic at the intersection remains unaffected while continuing to operate the original plan;

• Industrial-grade touchscreen terminals allow field operators to view and adjust controller parameters immediately upon connection;

• The yellow flashing control device operates independently of the traffic signal's drive output circuit;

• The signal controller can automatically record the breakdowns and keep operating in degraded situation when breakdowns happen, such as light breakdown, communication failure, detector malfunction and other faults affecting the operation of the signal controller.
