300mm Metal Housing Arrow Traffic Light with Two Digit Countdown
The traffic light features three separate Φ300mm arrow light panels in different colors. The yellow light is embedded with traffic light countdown. Encased in a lightweight and robust metal housing, it is durable and exhibits small deformation under extreme operating temperatures ranging from -40°C to 80°C. Utilizing energy-efficient LEDs, it provides excellent visibility.

Encased in environmental metal shell, it is corrosion-resistant, rust-proof, shock-resistant, anti-electromagnetic, and recyclable, with a service life of at least 30 years, ensuring the safe use of the light countdown;
Supports back frame mounting, can be installed vertically or horizontally and has an adjustable angle of not less than 30°; Separate lamp panels, each lamp panel can be opened individually for easy maintenance;
The mask of the llight lens is made of PC material, which is colorless, UV-resistant and has high light transmittance. It will not yellow or discolor during the entire lifespan of the lamp;
The light source uses high-quality energy-saving LED light-emitting components, consuming more than 50% less energy than traditional light sources, and the LED lifespan exceeds 8 years;
The new integrated detachable hinge and locking structure design prevents the light countdown from opening or falling when it is not locked;
It is installed and fixed with corrosion-resistant stainless steel strips, ensuring a firm installation effect and preventing it from falling off;
The visor adopts an insertable design, which is convenient and quick to install and will not fall off;
The frame adopts an integrated blade design, which is aesthetically pleasing, highly strong, easy and quick to install;
Possess PLC communication function; Support remotely querying the operating state of traffic signal lights; Support proactively reporting failures; Support luminance adjustment. (Optional)
