300mm Metal Housing U-turn Traffic Light
The road light signal consists of three u-turn light panels, each 300mm in diameter and displaying three colors (red, yellow, and green). It features dedicated environmentally friendly die-cast metal housing that is lightweight, high-strength, resistant to deformation in high and low temperature environments, and corrosion-resistant. Energy-saving LED light-emitting components are adopted. Compliance with CE, RoHS, FCC and EN12368 certification.

The metal housing is highly impact-resistant, anti-electromagnetic, environmentally friendly, recyclable, corrosion-resistant, and rust-free, with a service life of over 30 years, ensuring the traffic light's ultra-high safety;
The road light signal adopts high-quality energy-saving LEDs, which saves more than 50% energy compared with traditional light sources. The service life of the LEDs in the light-emitting unit exceed 8 years;
The plug-in visor design allows for easy and quick installation and prevents it from falling off;
The aesthetically pleasing and durable integrated blade design makes installation simple and quick;

New-type integrated detachable hinge and locking structure design prevents the road light signal from opening and falling off when not locked;

It is installed and fixed with stainless steel strips, which are corrosion-resistant, firmly installed and have no risk of falling;

Colorless PC mask is used, providing UV protection and high light transmittance, and will not yellow or discolor throughout its lifespan;

Back-frame design; Support horizontal or vertical installation and lamp body adjustment, with an adjustment angle of no less than 30°; Each lamp panel can be opened independently for easy maintenance;

Optional PLC communication function; Support remote querying of road light signal operating status; Support the active reporting of issues such as traffic lights not working, red and green lights being on simultaneously, damaged LED light strings, and communication faults, etc.; Brightness can be adjusted stepwise based on environmental sensor data, and the light display is clear and not dazzling.
