1. Have the ability to test traffic light components. A large number of components need to be installed during the process, so installers must be able to identify various components and distinguish between good and bad ones.
2. Drill presses, toothed saws, cutting machines, and power tools used for processing must be equipped with leakage protection devices. A test run should be performed before use, and operators should wear protective eyewear.
3. Have debugging capabilities. After installation, it is necessary to debug to ensure normal operation. Therefore, installers need to have debugging skills.
4. Have some understanding of circuit boards and their manufacturing process. Be able to manually create a simple circuit board.

5. All high-altitude operations should be suspended in winds exceeding level 6 or in rainy/snowy weather.
6. Storage areas for resin adhesives and paints should be kept free of ignition sources and equipped with sufficient fire-fighting equipment. When spraying paint, wear a protective mask and take a break for ventilation after every 2 hours of continuous operation.
7. Scaffolding must be erected securely and can only be used after inspection and acceptance. Loads used must not be concentrated and must not exceed the design load.
8. In addition to complying with the above points, relevant safety regulations must also be followed when performing high-altitude operations.
